Kristianth Piroli currently serves as a Contracts Manager at American Rheinmetall Vehicles LLC, where he leads complex contractual efforts in support of key defense programs including the XM30 Mechanized Infantry Combat Vehicle, MHCV, and S-MET Inc II. In this role, he is responsible for developing and negotiating government and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations, and fostering strong customer and partner relationships. His work directly contributes to the protection and advancement of U.S. defense capabilities, with a focus on supporting the Warfighter. Kristianth holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he earned honors including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and Dean’s List distinctions. He successfully passed the Michigan Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) in February 2023, demonstrating his continued dedication to professional development and legal proficiency. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Michigan University.
