Dr. John Raquet is currently the director of IS4S-Dayton, where he is leading the development of open architecture approaches to developing navigation systems. Dr. Raquet has a PhD in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary ,an MS in Aero/Astro Engineering from MIT ,and a BS in Astronautical Engineering from the USAFA. He is an Institute of Navigation (ION) Fellow and past president
