Mr. Jack Perrin is the Vice President of Technical Strategy for Precise Systems in Lexington Park, MD. He retired from the Marine Corps in 2022 and joined Precise in 2023. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and holds two master’s degrees in Systems Engineering Technical Management and National Security and Resource Strategy. A 2005 graduate of the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, his extensive experience with the H-53 family of aircraft spans the flight and acquisition gamut through numerous fleet deployments as a CH-53E pilot, H-53 Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squardon-1 (MAWTS-1) tactics and training instructor and his role in the design, test and development of the CH-53D, CH/MH-53E and CH-53K. He was the commander at DCMA Sikorsky, in Stratford, CT and the NAVAIR Program Manager for PMA-261, Heavy Lift Helicopters which included H-53D/E and K. He has accrued more than 3,200 flight hours in over 32 different types of fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft.
