Mr. Michael Caporellie is currently the Supervisory Engineer Branch Chief for the Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Branch within the United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. He has over 15 years of experience in DoD research, development, engineering and testing (RDT&E) and acquisition functions, specifically focusing on PNT technologies, systems, and capabilities. Additionally, he is the US Army lead for the pntOS (PNT Operating System) effort, focused on developing a modular open system approach (MOSA) for PNT systems and applications. Mr. Caporellie has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.
