Bradley Punch is the Deputy Technical Director of Program Executive Office Digital and Enterprise Services (PEO Digital), chartered to provide strategic technical and business leadership for the rapid transformation and modernization of enterprise IT services within the Department of Navy. Bradley is a Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic employee and has been with the PEO since 2016. Within recent roles, Bradley has served as the PEO EIS Innovation Cell Lead, Software Defined Networking Business & Operations Lead and many other positions ranging from strategic to execution level implementation of technologies.
Within the Technical Director team, Bradley is passionate on finding the best and quickest path to get modern services into implementation and the hands of customers and attacks “status quo” wherever possible. He sees the evolution of IT, business and the workforce as a constant that needs to be addressed daily to truly serve the Warfighters and the Nation. Bradley’s focus is on strategy and pushing forward leaning technologies into the Navy from a technical, programmatic and cultural viewpoint. Bradley has held many positions over his career but three themes have always driven his progress: care about the people you work with and their success, love the work you do and enjoy life. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Computer Science from Clemson University and an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. But in the end….Go Tigers!! Outside of the office, Bradley and his wife are active with dog rescue/fostering, they love traveling the world and they start decorating for Christmas in October. He lives in Mount Pleasant, SC with his wife and their dog/child, August.
