Adam Gately is a Business Development Executive at DeepSig Inc., based in Arlington, VA, where he leverages his extensive expertise in Electromagnetic Warfare to drive innovation in signal processing and communications technology. Adam joined DeepSig in 2024 following his retirement from the U.S. Army, with the aim of continuing his commitment to supporting warfighters operating within the Electromagnetic Spectrum.
A seasoned military professional and technical expert, Adam is a retired Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3) with a wealth of experience in various military occupational specialties. Born and raised in Massachusetts, he enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2004, where he developed expertise across multiple roles, including Multiple Launch Rocket Systems Crew Member, Forward Observer, Spectrum Manager, and Electromagnetic Warfare Technician.
Throughout his distinguished career, Adam served with several notable units, including the 75th Fires Brigade at Fort Sill, OK; the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Polk, LA; the 45th Sustainment Brigade at Schofield Barracks, HI; the 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson, CO; the 2nd Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB); 18th Airborne Corps; and United States Forces Command (FORSCOM) at Fort Bragg, NC. Adam's operational deployments include multiple tours in Iraq from 2005-2006 and 2007-2009, as well as service in Afghanistan in 2010-2011, 2014, and 2019.
Adam resides in Vass, NC, where he enjoys camping, boating, and hiking with his family.
