Nikhil Shenoy is Founder and CEO of Colvin Run Networks, the company behind FALCON, a Navy SBIR program building a modular open systems test architecture for alternative navigation in GPS-denied environments. FALCON is designed to MOSA, SOSA, and WOSA standards, and Nikhil sets the company's strategy for delivering open, transition-ready defense technology. He serves on the AFCEA International Technology Committee and as a board member for emerging technology on the NDIA Electronics Division, and he has published in defense journals, including work on operational readiness in Phalanx. Earlier in his career, he was a quantitative strategist at Goldman Sachs and led data-driven initiatives at Procter & Gamble.
