Patrick Bagby is a Senior WOSA Engineer at Cummings Aerospace. With over 13 years of experience in Open Architecture, Patrick has proven the utility of WOSA through modeling and simulation efforts, hardware in the loop integration efforts, and has supported multiple programs of record implementing the WOSA Standard. As the lead engineer over the Munitions Open Architecture Test and Evaluation Laboratory, Patrick has led countless verification and validation efforts for WOSA compliant software and hardware. He obtained his MS in Aeronautics with a specialization in Unmanned Aerospace Systems in 2018 and has been a part of the WOSA effort for over a decade.
Patrick is a leading advocate for the benefits of Open Architecture within munitions and believes the technology refresh capabilities it provides will enable our warfighter to bring the best there is into combat.
