Dave Walsh is the Chief Strategy Officer for Qualis, Intrack Radar Technologies, and Tektonux, leading the operations, technology, and product strategy for all three companies across air and missile defense, counter-UAS, UAS C2, defensive and offensive EW, and Space Domain Awareness. Previously, Dave was the Chief Technology Officer for Parry Labs as the primary inventor and senior leader for edge compute, software infrastructure, AI-enabled integration software, and digital twin technologies. He has led top tier engineering teams across General Atomics, Leidos, Collins Aerospace, and in direct support of the USG. His drive to innovate and lead are deeply rooted from his time as an instructor pilot in the U.S. Army for the initial fielding of the MQ-1C Gray Eagle.
