Rachel D. Moudy is a Senior Technical Advisor, Technology with KBR, where she supports strategic technology investments, innovative portfolio development initiatives, enterprise technology modernization, and digital transformation efforts. She works across technical and business organizations to advance emerging technologies, guide Internal Research and Development (IRAD) initiatives, and promote open, interoperable solutions that strengthen mission and operational outcomes for government and defense customers. Her areas of expertise include Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA), digital engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), architecture, software-intensive systems, and mission-critical capability development. 

Ms. Moudy has extensive experience leading, designing, developing, and integrating complex architectures and software solutions across defense and aerospace systems. She has led software engineering and MBSE teams supporting Family of Systems development, enabling scalable, interoperable, and open architecture solutions for complex mission environments. Her experience spans mission-critical capability development and delivery, acquisition programs, digital engineering transformation, technology modernization, and science and technology initiatives across the system life cycle. She is passionate about accelerating technology adoption and advancing innovative solutions that improve mission effectiveness throughout the system life cycle. 

Ms. Moudy holds a Master of Science in Human Factors with a specialization in Aerospace awarded with Distinction from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Information Systems.
