Conrad is the General Manager of the Electronic Warfare Business Unit for AV. He started with legacy company SR Technologies in 2004 as a Systems Engineer before becoming CTO and eventually President prior to acquisition in 2023. Conrad developed the original Windjammer Satellite EW product line which drove the initial success of the company before overseeing the expansion of the portfolio into Wi-Fi and Bluetooth EW capabilities. Conrad has been involved in MOSA since 2017 and spearheaded the drive to deliver all SRT (now AV EW) products in MOSA standards including, CMOSS, SOSA, ModPayload and VNX+. This also includes being part of the original IPT specifying ModPayload.
