Mr. Hamel is a senior experimental Rotary Wing experimental flight test engineer, heading the flight test department in Grand Prairie.
He brings 35 years of prototype test experience in helicopter performance, propulsion, flight characteristics, avionics, human factors, on a wide range of Airbus products, from H125 A-Star to NH90 transport helicopter. He is a graduate of the EPNER national test pilot school, and a member of the Vertical Flight Society and SAE S-12 Powered Lift committee.
