
Jason Tominack is the
Software Open Systems Lead for the PMA-209 Avionics Architecture Team where he
provides software open architecture expertise across naval aviation program
offices. In this role, he supports planning and architectural design, develops
and refines requirements, delivers training, and conducts assessments of
Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) implementations. With over a decade of
experience in weapons and unmanned aircraft system integration, Jason has
focused in recent years on Open Systems Management Plan (OSMP) development,
architectural analysis, and strategic capability alignment in support of
PMA-209 and associated programs. His primary technical focus is on software
integration between the seams of avionics and mission systems to improve
interoperability, flexibility, and lifecycle affordability across the
enterprise.
For this specialized breakout session, Jason will also be joined
by key AAT SMEs including Jon Drof, PMA-209 AAT Open Architecture Functional
Lead.
