Tabitha Kinchen has over 15 years' of experience in the Department of Defense and government organizations. Highly experienced in the tactical areas of administrative management, strategic communication, data management, planning, and organizational support. Extensive experience with verbal and written communication with the wisdom to foster open relationships while maintaining confidentiality. Currently, Tabitha is a Portfolio Analyst with the Defense Innovation Unit’s Energy Portfolio. She oversees the efficiency of all Energy Portfolio projects accelerating the adoption of commercial technology throughout the military. She graduated from Liberty University with her undergrad in Developmental Psychology and a Master's in Criminal Justice focusing on Forensic Psychology, and a secondary Master’s degree from Purdue University in Strategic Communication.
