Mr. Gary Rodrigue represents ALLBRIGHT Consulting. He was an executive at IBM Technology Group. And was responsible for annual sales revenue of $1B +. He was also with IBM Research where he was the Worldwide Lead on Blockchain. More recently at the ISS National Lab he helped catalyze emerging markets in in-space manufacturing and advanced semiconductor applications. His global leadership includes spearheading the first integration of modems into PCs, the development of the smart phone and founding distributed ledger blockchain systems.
