Ms. Christina Youn is a space & policy powerhouse bringing expertise from serving as the Chief of Congressional & Media Affairs for the Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Air Force for Acquisition, Technology & Logistics, Space Division as well as the U.S. Senate where she was advising a senior senator on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and Senate Appropriations Committee - Defense Subcommittee.
She joined Xona after discovering the company from her previous position as the Director of the New Portfolio Investment Team at Boryung Corp., where she managed sourcing and investments in space-based companies. Prior to Boryung, she was the Director of International Space Programs for Alpha Omega Group LLC, leading the defense consulting firm’s forward-looking efforts to explore, assess, and advise on international opportunities in space.
Christina holds a JD from Columbia Law School, a BA in political science and sociology from UCLA, and a certificate in legislative studies from Georgetown. She was on the Commercial Peer Review Board for NASA JPL and was selected for the UN Office for Outer Space Affairs Space4Women in 2022. She is a frequent contributor to the UN International Committee on Global Navigation Satellite Systems (ICG).
