Heather Mosier is Goodyear’s Senior Director of Global Product Technology, where she oversees advanced product solutions that drive innovation across mobility platforms—including her team’s pivotal work developing tire-wheel assemblies for targeted lunar terrain vehicles in support of space exploration. With 29 years of experience in the tire industry, Heather has held global roles in customer development, product design, and industrialization for both replacement and OEM tire markets. Her career has been defined by a commitment to performance and innovation, leading strategic initiatives in technology, process development and R&D integration. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.
