Dominique Cooper is the founder of Mission Evangelists, where she brings together mission, technology, and people to drive impact across the nuclear and defense sectors. She currently serves as a partner at Partners in Air and Space, focusing on commercial technologies, stakeholder engagement, and digital strategy.
With nearly 20 years of experience spanning the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, nuclear industry, Silicon Valley tech, and the commercial space sector, Dominique has built a career at the intersection of innovation and mission execution. She directed tactical geospatial intelligence efforts within the Warfighter Support Office at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), drove business development in high-resolution satellite imagery and space domain awareness at companies like Maxar and LeoLabs, and shaped product strategy for an immersive technology platform at a Silicon Valley startup.
She began her career as a co-op with Southern Nuclear and later worked in core design at Dominion Power. Dominique holds a B.S. in Nuclear & Radiological Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an M.S. in Systems and Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University. A professional speaker and former TV personality, she’s known for making complex ideas accessible and inspiring action.
