Mark Shumbera is responsible for Aegis Aerospace’s Space Testing as a Service (STaaS)TM line of business, including its commercial low earth orbit MISSE platform on the ISS and its lunar platforms. Previously, Mr. Shumbera was General Manager for Commercial Development at MEI Technologies, Inc., and between 2006 and 2019 he was president of AM Biotechnologies, LLC until the successful sale of the company. Mr. Shumbera received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake. He is a recipient of the NASA Astronaut’s Personal Achievement Award (Silver Snoopy).
