Zulu Pods, Inc. is quickly bringing a revolutionary technology to market designed to prevent corrosion and protect critical equipment. The Anti-Corrosion SmartPod (ACSP) will take the ‘man’ out of the loop by automating maintenance tasks. The ACSP will monitor the local environment and smartly respond by delivering a controlled amount of anti-corrosion fluid. Key features include easily replaceable canisters filled with anti-corrosion fluids, a visual indicator depicting when the canister needs to be replaced, adaptable fittings for configurable mounting, battery powered operation, sensors for environmental feedback, and optionally Bluetooth for remote control and monitoring. Additionally, sensor data and the ACSP’s dispersion rate will be logged to provide a history of the environment and the pod’s response. A key benefit is that the ACSP packaging is tailorable and can be custom designed to fit every scenario and use case. Critical for preventing corrosion in both DoD and commercial applications, the ACSP will save customers millions of dollars in maintenance, repair, replacement and overhaul costs. The ACSP will prevent critical equipment from being taken out of action due to corrosion, ensuring military readiness; will eliminate any safety risks and elongate service life.
