Startups & Academia For fee purposes, a startup is defined as a company that is under three years old and pre-revenue. Academia registration is for full-time faculty at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at registration. Adjunct faculty is not eligible for this rate.	$595	$695
Government/DOD Civilian Contractors do not qualify for government registration and must register as industry. A valid military/government email is required at registration.	$395	$495
US Active Military A valid military employee email is required at the time of registration, and military ID is required at onsite check-in. Reservists, National Guard, and retired military are not considered full-time active duty personnel. DOD contractors do not qualify for this rate. Cancellation Fee Cancellations made by August 15, 2025 will be refunded less a $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations after August 15, 2025 are non-refundable.	$150

Notes:

Attendees may transfer registration to another person at no charge prior to September 5, 2025. After September 5, 2025, no changes may be made.
Anyone attending the technical sessions, Expo floor or receptions must hold a conference registration badge.
No one under age 18 is allowed in the session rooms or the Expo floor without the prior written permission of show management. Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult wearing a badge and will not be permitted on the Expo show floor during the hours of installation or dismantle regardless of relation, affiliation, or circumstances.
