| Active Military - No Registration Fee Required A valid military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. A person who is active duty is in the military full time. They work for the military full time, may live on a military base, and can be deployed at any time. Persons in the Reserve or National Guard, or retired military, are not considered full-time active-duty military personnel in the definition of this fee. DOD Contractors do not qualify for this fee. Email Registration@TechConnect.org for approval and discount code for free registration. |

| DOD Civilian Military - No Registration Fee Required A valid civilian military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. A DOD civilian does not serve in the military but is appointed to the federal civil service. DOD civilians work for the military departments (i.e., Army, Navy, and Air Force) as well as other defense agencies and field activities. Civilian military work for the military full time. Retired military or veterans are not considered civilian military personnel in the definition of this fee. DOD Contractors do not qualify for this fee. SBIR/STTR Workshop: Wednesday June 19, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM One day training includes: SBIR/STTR Overview & Phase I SBIR/STTR Proposal Preparation; Phase II SBIR/STTR Proposal Preparation; and Developing an Approved Accounting System. Participants may receive electronic copies of presentations and other materials provided by Training Leads. You must hold a SBIR/STTR Conference or TechConnect World Innovation registration to attend. TechConnect World is not responsible for any instructor cancellations and subsequent changes in the program. |

Notes:
- Attendees may transfer registration to another person at no charge prior to June 7, 2024. After June 7, 2024, no changes may be made
- Anyone attending the technical sessions, Expo floor or receptions must hold a conference registration badge. No one under age 18 is allowed in the session rooms or the Expo floor without the prior written permission of show management. Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult wearing a badge and will not be permitted on the Expo show floor during the hours of installation or dismantle regardless of relation, affiliation, or circumstances.
