Academic, Government, Start-up, Non-Profit Academic registration is for full-time faculty and students at an academic institution. A valid employee or student email is required at time of registration. Adjunct faculty and part-time students are not eligible. For fee purposes, Start-up is defined as a company under 3-years old and pre-revenue. Status will be reviewed. Contractors do not qualify for Government registration and must register at the Standard rate. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic or government ID is required at time of onsite check-in. |

Active Military – No Registration Fee Required A valid military employee email is required at time of registration and a copy of employee ID may be requested for verification. A person who is active duty is in the military full time. They work for the military full time, may live on a military base, and can be deployed at any time. Persons in the Reserve or National Guard, or retired military, are not considered full-time active-duty military personnel in the definition of this fee.
