This registration allows access to all TechConnect programs including: MOSA Industry and Government Summit, Smart Cities Connect Conference, Resilience Week, SBIR/STTR Innovation Conference, Defense TechConnect Innovation Summit, and expo programs.

Academic, Government, Non-profit, Startup

For fee purposes, startup is defined as a company under three years old and pre-revenue. Status will be reviewed. Contractors do not qualify for government registration and must register at the standard rate. A valid employee email is required at time of registration, and an academic or government ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Academic registration is for full-time faculty, staff and research staff at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. This registration allows access to all TechConnect programs including: MOSA Industry and Government Summit, Smart Cities Connect Conference, Resilience Week, SBIR/STTR Innovation Conference, Defense TechConnect Innovation Summit, and expo programs.

Student

Must be full-time student and show proof of student status. Postdocs are eligible for this rate. This registration allows access to all TechConnect programs including: MOSA Industry and Government Summit, Smart Cities Connect Conference, Resilience Week, SBIR/STTR Innovation Conference, Defense TechConnect Innovation Summit, and expo programs.

Active Military

A valid military email is required at time of registration, and military ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Reservists, National Guard, and retired military are not considered full-time active duty military personnel. DOW contractors or DOW civilians do not qualify for this rate. Email Registration@TechConnect.org for approval and a discount code for free registration. This registration allows access to all TechConnect programs including: MOSA Industry and Government Summit, Smart Cities Connect Conference, Resilience Week, SBIR/STTR Innovation Conference, Defense TechConnect Innovation Summit, and expo programs.

DOW Civilian Employees

A valid DOW civilian employee email is required at time of registration, and CIV ID required at time of onsite check-in. Contractors do not qualify for this fee. Email Registration@TechConnect.org for approval and a discount code for free registration. This registration allows access to all TechConnect programs including: MOSA Industry and Government Summit, Smart Cities Connect Conference, Resilience Week, SBIR/STTR Innovation Conference, Defense TechConnect Innovation Summit, and expo programs.

SBIR/STTR Innovation Conference Program Only

Includes access only to SBIR/STTR Innovation Conference Program, keynote room, expo hall, and SBIR/STTR displays. Does NOT include access to any TechConnect, MOSA Industry and Government Summit or Smart Cities Connect Conference sessions. 

Expo Floor Only

Does not include access to networking system or program sessions. This rate is not applicable to presenters or panelists.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made by August 21, 2026 will be refunded less a $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations after August 21, 2026, are non-refundable.
