Advancing Resilience Across Critical Infrastructure Systems

A cross-sector forum to address the systems, risks, and technologies shaping national resilience.

Critical infrastructure is no longer siloed. Energy, cyber, communications, and supply chains are deeply interconnected and increasingly exposed.

Resilience Week brings together the organizations working at that intersection.

Resilience Week convenes researchers, operators, technology developers, and decision-makers focused on strengthening the systems communities and missions depend on every day. This is where resilience moves from concept to application.

Attendees engage across technical, operational, and policy perspectives to:

checkmark Identify vulnerabilities across interconnected infrastructure systems

checkmark Share real-world approaches to risk-informed resilience

checkmark Explore emerging technologies shaping energy, cyber, and community resilience

checkmark Connect with partners advancing deployment across government and industry

As part of the broader Defense TechConnect Innovation Summit ecosystem, Resilience Week sits alongside federal agencies, industry leaders, and innovation programs working to accelerate solutions aligned with national priorities.

Why this Matters Now

  • Increasingly interdependent infrastructure systems create cascading risk
  • Cyber and physical threats are converging across energy and communications
  • Communities and defense operations require localized, data-driven resilience strategies
  • National priorities demand faster transition from research to deployment
