A Technical Interchange and Workshop for Operational Energy, Contested Logistics, and OT Cybersecurity
The 2026 Operational Energy and Logistics Summit (OELS), presented by TechConnect in collaboration with the U.S. Navy Operational Energy Office, brings together defense leaders, technology innovators, researchers, and industry partners to address the operational energy and logistics challenges shaping tomorrow’s force.
Held September 22–24, 2026, in National Harbor, MD, OELS is part of the Defense TechConnect Innovation Summit and co-located with the SBIR/STTR Innovation Conference, Resilience Week, and the MOSA Industry and Government Summit, providing attendees with access to a broader defense innovation ecosystem spanning energy, resilience, manufacturing, autonomy, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Through technical sessions, strategic discussions, and cross-sector networking, participants will explore solutions that improve operational readiness, strengthen resilient logistics, and accelerate the adoption of technologies that support the Department of War's evolving mission.
