Clearance to Attend the March 7 & 8 Briefings

All requested clearance information must be submitted in full by 13 February 2019. If cleared to attend, March 7 & 8 Briefings are only available to pre-registered full conference attendees of POST 2019.

US Attendee - (Deadline: 13 February 2019)

- JPAS - Attendees please contact Winnie Yamaguchi so that she can verify your clearance in JPAS (one of three way):

1. Call her Ph: (808) 477-9167 to provide her with your full SSN or
2. Send her a PKI encrypted email to winnifred.yamaguchi.ctr@pacom.mil with your full SSN or
3. Send her a SIPR email to winnifred.yamaguchi.ctr@pacom.smil.mil with your full SSN

Please mark the email SUBJECT line with: FOUO - PII Privacy Sensitive: POST Conference 2019-Last name of attendee.

- Non-JPAS – Attendees who pass their clearances via Scattered Castles, etc. will need to provide Winnie Yamaguchi an encrypted email with the following information: Full Name, rank/grade, SSN, dates of visit, clearance, date/place of birth, USINDOPACOM point of contact with phone number. Please mark the email SUBJECT line with: FOUO - PII Privacy Sensitive: POST Conference 2019-Last name of attendee.

FVEY Attendees - (Australia, UK, Canada, New Zealand Only), Deadline 13 February 2019

- Attendees will need to submit a Foreign Visit Request (FVR) for approval.  With the following information:

1. Visiting Facilities Affiliated to:  K-Bay Theater, Marine Corps Base Hawaii
2. Visiting Place(s):  To attend the USINDOPACOM sponsored Pacific Operational Science & Technology (POST) 2019 Conference being held at the K-Bay Theater.
3. Point of Contact for Each Facility:  Ms. Erica Etter, Administrative Assistant, MCCS Food & Hospitality, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Office (808) 254-7641, Email:  Erica.Etter@usmc-mccs.org
4. Dates of Visit:  7 & 8 March 2019
5. Purpose of Visit:  To attend the USINDOPACOM sponsored Pacific Operational Science & Technology (POST) 2019 Conference being held at the K-Bay Theater.

Access to Kaneohe Marine Corps Base:

USINDOPACOM will be providing each approved attendee with a base access pass.  Once you have contacted Winnie for your clearance, USINDOPACOM will include your name on the list of attendees which will be provided to the base Provost Marshall's Office.  USINDOPACOM will be distributing your base access pass at the Sheraton on Tuesday and Wednesday at the USINDOPACOM Security Desk.
