Participants are advised to register in advance to receive the early bird-fee discount. Please note that daily lunches and coffee breaks are included in this price.

All registration fees shall be paid before conference start.

All fees are shown excluding Swedish VAT.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING VAT
The fees are stated excluding VAT (Value Added Tax). Please note, in accordance with Swedish VAT requirements, different rules apply for different countries. All delegates are required to pay VAT on social events and hotel. (View more VAT information here)

Country within EU (except Sweden)
For delegates representing an affiliation/organization from an EU country, a valid VAT number for the affiliation/organization is mandatory (otherwise 25 % VAT will be added to your registration fee). It is important that the VAT number is stated exactly according to EU standards. Click here to see the number structure of each member state. Country outside EU
Delegates representing an affiliation/organization from a non-EU country can register without a VAT number. VAT will not be added. You still need to fill in the name of your affiliation/organization.
Sweden
Delegates representing a Swedish affiliation/organization are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%).
Private persons (from all countries)
are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%).

Notes:

Presenting abstract submitters will be given specific deadlines for their registration.
Accepted Abstracts will not be scheduled for presentation if they are not registered by any author and/or if the registration fee is not paid by October 8, 2021.
Cancellations made by October 8, 2021, will be refunded less a $1500 SEK processing fee. Cancellations after October 8, 2021, are non-refundable.
Attendees may transfer registration to another person at no charge prior to October 15, 2021. After October 15, 2021, no changes may be made.
Anyone attending the technical sessions, Expo Floor or receptions must hold a conference registration badge. No one under age 16 is allowed in the session rooms or the Expo Floor without the prior written permission of Show Management. Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult wearing a badge and will not be permitted on the Expo show floor during the hours of installation or dismantle regardless of relation, affiliation or circumstances.

Visa Information

Participants requiring a visa for entry to Sweden are advised to make their application in their home country at least two month before the intended date of travel.

Please contact your nearest Swedish/Schengen Embassy, Consulate or your Travel agency for more information. If you are not flying directly to Sweden please note that a transit visa might be needed for some countries in order to be able to continue your travel to Sweden.

If a letter of invitation and proof of insurance is needed for the visa application, MKON can send this upon request after you have registered for the TechConnect and full payment has been received. Please e-mail anna@mkon.se if you are in need of an invitation letter.
